Recent Vacancies in Nigeria


Our client, a conglomerate into manufacturing and sales of fast moving consumer goods wishes to strengthen its’ team for the emerging opportunities and therefore wishes to recruit the following positions:

1.) Position: Brand Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate to develop new products
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape of the category in which the brand resides.
  • Developing strategies to exploit market opportunities.
  • Executing those strategies with the help of a cross-fimctional team.
  • Delivering the sales volume, market share, and profit projections for the business.

Requirements
  • Enthusiastic self-motivated personalities with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A degree in Pharmacy or any related field
  • MBA or Masters degree in marketing
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management.
  • Must be very creative and ability to think out of the box
  •  Must have excellent IT skills
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skill and computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage changing environmental factors
  • Results oriented and creative
  • Have entrepreneurial leanings
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment

2.)
Export Manager
Qualification

  • A minimum of first degree/ HND in marketing or related discipline
  • Export Experience: Minimum 5 years or 10 years preferably
  • Experience of products in the Western Sub Saharan-countries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in communicating in French is an added advantage.
  • The ideal candidate should be between the age of 35 -45 years

3.) Sales Representatives
Locations: Jos & Benin


Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting clinical meetings, Merchandising, Detailing of products to healthcare professionals.

Requirements
  • A bachelors degree in any of the biological sciences from a reputable university
  • Should have a valid driver’s license
  • Candidate should not be more than 30 years old
  • Two or three years relevant working experience with a company into Fast moving consumer goods and ability to work in a team will be an advantage.
  • Also candidate must be ready to work in any part of Nigeria.
  • The ideal candidates should be target driven, smart and energetic, with strong potential for speed and ability to work under pressure.

4.) Position: National Sales Manager
Location: Lagos


Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet set objectives,
  • Establish a sales objective for the department.
  • Recruiting, hiring and training your people.
  • Developing the most well trained, professional sales force possible.
  • Review the performance of your salespeople and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements.
  • Achieve forecasted sales by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) your written plan of action.
  • Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance and compare it with that month’s objective.
  • Making every effort to maximize both present and long term sales and gross profits
  • Offer the sales team coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives.
  • Review the entire inventory daily.
  • Maximizing merchandising efforts by seeing that units are attractive and attention getting. Use effective displays, and select appropriate options and accessories.
  • Ensure that the sales floor operations functions smoothly.
Requirements
  • A degree in Pharmacy or any related field
  • MBA or Masters degree in marketing
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
  • Must have excellent IT skills
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
  • Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results- oriented sales force.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
